Hagerty Insurance Agency Looked to us to perform the analysis necessary to fully automate their collector boat insurance rating and then to manage the development of their .Net boat insurance system.  Working together with their current staff, we transformed their complex rating system into concrete formulas that reliably rate customers policies.  We then adapted their existing auto insurance system to be able to handle the unique processing of the marine insurance product, and then performed a conversion from their previous system into the new boat insurance system. 

Internal IT staff was able to stay focused on enhancing and evolving the existing automobile insurance system without having to spend resources on a wider scale boat insurance system.  Building off their auto system meant they would have the familiarity to perform ongoing maintenance on a compatible platform in a cost effective way.
